Sea Jay boats are another long established family business, building a great product out of Bundaberg, in Queensland.

Over our trips we have used their 3.7 Sea Jay Nomads as a roof top tinnie, that have been the perfect size for using with the automatic boat loaders, and when out fishing, prove to be great for getting around the rivers and estuaries, while also having a nice deep side for still getting around in the bays, and around reef areas when weather permits.

We have just recently been out testing their brand new release, and the first plate aluminum boat they've produced.

It's called the Sea Jay 'Preda King'. This one is a 5.3 metre plate alloy centre console, with other sizes to follow.

Fitted with a Yamaha 115 hp and holding 170lt's of fuel underfloor it certainly not only provides a great platform for family fun in the river but also opens the door also for bar crossings and outside fishing.
