Have been test towing one of our new XC3 compatible vans over the past week with Toyota's coming 2011 Hilux to see how it performs.

It's been a much anticipated release from Toyota Australia especially with the 4WD variants now having a raised braked tow capacity to 2500kg
(with heavy duty bar), which is great news for the RV community and will see it continue as a very popular tow vehicle option in the mid-range 4WD market.

It truly tows very well, a firm controled feel of the van and plenty of power with a very comfortable ride in the cabin.

The reversing camera in the SR5 was ideal to hitch up with, and new features such as touch screen sat' nav' are very user friendly.

The new look front end has that distinctive 200 Series flavour, and on the inside there's new steering wheel controls, dash styling,
and also a great range of Genuine Accessories will be available from front alloy bars to Genuine back canopies.

It will be suitable for a tradesman's reliable workhorse right through to the family weekend getaway.

There's a range of new models with increased features and safety options across the board as standard, while having the added bonus of a reduced RRP
on most models, and should reinforce the strength of this model in the Toyota line up with continued great value.
